BBMP Fix My Street - Official: Report Civic Amenity Issues
BBMP Fix My Street is an Android application that allows Bangalore citizens to report civic amenity issues such as potholes and road repairs. This app provides an end-to-end process for addressing citizen requests, providing a seamless experience for both citizens and officials. With this app, citizens can submit requests with or without registration and view their requests for the latest updates along with their details. Additionally, citizens receive an SMS on submission as well as on progress.
The app also features an interface for BBMP officials, where geo-tagged requests automatically map to the responsible ward official. All officers in the department can view the complaint dashboard and take necessary actions. Officials can transfer a request to another ward or department, and on resolving the problem, they can update with remarks and photos, wherever applicable. All field updates are captured with GEO coordinates and photos, available through various MIS reports for BBMP officials.
